For small businesses
Every client project, in one notebook.
Status, files and decisions where the whole team can find them — without training anyone on a new tool.
When status lives in people’s heads
- Nobody is sure who owns what, and the project drifts.
- The photo from the visit is on someone’s phone; the decision is in a chat.
- Deadlines slip because the plan was in one person’s memory.
How it works
Set up in an afternoon, used every day.
Make a folder for each client and the notebook keeps the rest together.
A folder per client
Brief, quotes, photos and notes filed together, seen by the people on that project.
A goal for each delivery
Steps with due dates, ticked off as the work happens, on the dashboard’s calendar.
Capture as it happens
Photos, voice notes and video recorded into the entry they belong to, from the browser.
Everyone can use it
One button to add anything, and a sample notebook to look around before signing up.
What the team gets
Files
Documents and PDFs, searchable inside.
Tables
Quotes, inventories and costs, exported to Excel.
Photos
From the site visit, kept with the project.
Goals
Each delivery’s steps, with dates.
Mentions
Bring the right person in with @.
Activity
What changed and who changed it.
Questions
Do we need someone to keep it in order?
No. Material is filed in folders as it is added, search reads inside files, and the activity log records what changed — nobody has to maintain a system.
Can each client’s material stay with the people on it?
Yes. A folder decides who sees what is filed in it, and an entry can be private or shared with the people and teams you choose.
What if the team grows for a project?
Invite people by link when a project needs them. Free covers up to 5 members, and a larger plan raises the limit.
